VRG has signed a new contract with Discovery Technology that will deliver increased efficiency for their business and enhance their service to clients. Discovery Technology has recently been acquired by TelMe Online and specialises in providing mid and back office systems for travel agents.
The new system will be utilised for functions including greatly improved credit control, invoicing (individual and consolidated), cash flow and data hand off for Diners Club and American Express. Importantly, it will also eliminate errors and improve efficiency by automatically uploading PNR’s from the GDS systems.
VRG are able to deliver complete business travel service for customers from their business travel centres. This ‘one stop’ services encompasses hotel reservations, business travel, conferences, international meetings and incentives. They have a very wide and impressive client base that includes O2, British Waterways, Innovex, Blue Arrow and French telecommunications company, Alcatel.
