Marriott Brands Rank High with J.D Power

Among the 14 upscale full service brands included in the J.D. Power and Associates’ 2003 Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study, Renaissance Hotels & Resorts and Marriott Hotels & Resorts were ranked No. 2 and No. 4, respectively. SpringHill Suites by Marriott ranked No. 1 in the mid-price limited service segment.

Other Marriott brands that received high marks include Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott, ranking No. 2 in the mid-price full service and extended stay segments.
