AmeriSuites Groundbreaking in Pasco

FAIRFIELD, N.J., April 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/—Prime Hospitality Corp. (NYSE: PDQ), announced today the groundbreaking of the Pasco AmeriSuites hotel in Pasco, Washington on April 10th at 11:30 a.m. The hotel is owned and managed by A1 Hospitality and is expected to open in early 2004.
The Pasco AmeriSuites, located at the intersection of Interstate 182 and Road 68, will feature 85 beautifully appointed suites with over 7,300 square feet of flexible meeting rooms. Each suite offers a mini-kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, cable television, dataport telephones, voice mail service and laundry service. Guests also enjoy free high-speed internet access, a complimentary Bountiful Breakfast Buffet (SM), free local phone calls, and use of a fitness center with indoor swimming pool.
The hotel is conveniently located south and west of the Trade, Recreation and Agricultural Center (TRAC) Exposition Hall. The hotels meeting rooms will be attached to TRAC via covered corridors leading directly into the Exposition Hall and Atrium.
