A traveler looking to take advantage of the Best Choice e-Rate Guarantee must simply have a confirmed reservation for a room at any domestic Choice Hotels brand hotel on Choicehotels.com, then shop for a better rate on alternative 3rd party travel web sites that identify the hotel and room rate prior to booking a room.* If a lower online rate is available, the traveler then submits a Best Choice e-Rate Guarantee claim form, found online at Choicehotels.com. Once the alternate rate is verified, Choice Hotels will adjust the traveler`s original reservation to the lower rate - and take off an additional 10 percent.

The Best Choice e-Rate Guarantee becomes effective on March 28, 2003.
