Staybridge Opens Number 51

Staybridge Suites Hotels opened the doors of its newest 91-room all-suite hotel in Middleton, Wisc., which will be the 51st addition to the brand’s growing portfolio of extended-stay hotels.

The new Staybridge Suites hotel in Middleton is owned by Middleton Suites, LLC and is operated under a license agreement with an affiliate of Six Continents Hotels, Inc.

“The addition of the newest Middleton property will make two Staybridge Suites properties in the Madison area that are owned and operated by the same franchisee,” said, Jim Anhut, senior vice president and brand manager of Staybridge Suites Hotels. “We are pleased with how rapidly the Staybridge Suites brand continues to grow with 51 hotels open and more than 45 in development,” he added.

Situated in the heart of downtown Middleton, a growing business sector in Wisconsin, this $10 million 66,000-sq. ft square-foot hotel is located just a short distance from the University of Wisconsin, the State Capitol and University Ridge Golf Course.

Staybridge Suites hotels cater to extended-stay guests and offer competitive rates to business travelers. Guests will be able to choose from a selection of three suite configurations (deluxe studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom/2 bath).
