MGM Grand, Inc. (NYSE: MGG) today
announced that J. Terrence Lanni has rejoined the Company in a full-time
executive capacity and will continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors of
MGM Grand and Chairman of its Executive Committee.  Reporting directly to Mr.
Lanni will be John T. Redmond and Daniel M. Wade, Co-Chief Executive Officers
and James J. Murren, President and Chief Financial Officer.

Subject to the completion of the acquisition of Mirage Resorts,
Incorporated, the Company announced that Robert H. Baldwin has agreed to
accept the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Mirage
Resorts, which will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of MGM Grand.  Mr. Baldwin
will also report directly to Mr. Lanni.
