Wyndham International, Inc. (NYSE:WYN) today announced that Fredrick H. Stern has been named vice president—corporate communications, reporting to Mack Koonce, executive vice president, marketing and chief administrative officer.
Stern, 46, joins Wyndham from Sunwest Communications, Inc, where he served as a senior consultant on a variety of strategic communications issues. A former press secretary to Governor Pete du Pont of Delaware, he spent 15 years with Associates First Capital Corporation, as senior vice president—corporate communications.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Stern holds a B.A. in Political Science.
