Super 8 Motels Appoints Sales Director For Eastern Canada

Super 8 Motels, Inc. announces the appointment of Sylvain J. Boudreau, a 15-year sales veteran, as the chain`s director of franchise sales and development for Eastern Canada. Based in Toronto, Boudreau will be responsible for franchise sales and development in Ontario and Quebec, working closely with Royop Hospitality Corporation, Super 8`s Canadian master licensee.


“It`s important that we keep the momentum of Super 8`s growth in Eastern Canada strong now. With his knowledge of the two provinces combined with his sales experience, Sylvain will be essential in helping us realize our goals,” said Marc Staniloff, president of Royop Hospitality. With 70 motels open and 18 in development, Royop plans to have 88 motels operating by the end of 2000 and 100 motels operating in Canada in 2001.
