The Sol Meliá Regional Sales & Marketing team in the Balearic Islands has organized the companys 4th. Annual “Secretaries` Gala 2002”. The prize draws, buffet dinner and dance took place at the Meliá Palas Atenea Hotel in Palma de Majorca, and was attended by 140 guests.
The event aimed to present the company`s services to the people that are normally responsible for organizing the business travel agendas of their bosses and colleagues and for choosing the hotels in which they stay, and thus a market that requires extra special personalized service.
The event was also another action aimed at promoting business travel and the organization of congresses, conventions and incentive trips, a key focus of a Sol Meliá strategy that aims to reduce the seasonality in the hotel business in the Balearic Islands.
