Each year, Kempinski Hotels & Resorts, Europe’s oldest hotel group, hosts a series of client events on board a private boat at Cowes to enjoy three days of first class sailing at the United Kingdom’s premier regatta.
This year, seventy-two clients attended, representing corporate, leisure and conference/incentive accounts. Nine Kempinski properties hosted the events, along with corporate sales and marketing staff. Participating hotels were Kempinski San Lawrenz Resort & Spa (Gozo), Hotel Adlon and Kempinski Hotel Bristol (both Berlin), Hotel Baltschug Kempinski (Moscow), Grand Hotel Europe (St Petersburg), Hotel Vernet (Paris), Ajman Kempinski Hotel & Resort (UAE), Kempinski Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten (Munich) and Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains (St Moritz). A truly eclectic selection of destinations showcased the diversity and individuality of the Kempinski portfolio.
Clients were treated to a day’s sailing, lavish hospitality and exciting rides on the RIB (rubber inflatable boat) before being taken back to London. This event offers the most influential UK accounts an unique experience at one of the country’s acknowledged society events while networking with hotels for future bookings and hearing about the Group’s news.
