NEW YORK—Hotel 41 is slated to open this summer in a revamped building at 216 West 41st Street in Times Square that had been left vacant for years. The “mini,” 47-room boutique hotel will be operated by Manhattan-based Boutique Hotel Management Group for a private investment group, according to a recent report on crainsny.com
Hotel 41 adds to BHMG`s portfolio of five Big Apple hotels, which include the Shoreham and Hotel Wales. The new property features a cafe and bar in its lobby, and is adjacent to the Nederlander Theater, home of the long-running musical Rent.
