REZconnect Partnership with YourTravelBiz.com

REZconnect Technologies, Inc. has announced it has entered into a 20 year exclusive Agreement to partner with YourTravelBiz.com, a powerful network marketing company specializing in providing interactive travel websites for its members.

For the last two years, REZconnect
has provided its unique website booking engines which are private labeled to YTB Members. REZconnect booking engines allow consumers and agents the ability to purchase travel online in real time including; two air booking engines (one for published air travel and one for consolidated air travel), two hotel booking engines (one for discounted rates and the other for negotiated and GDS rates), a car rental booking engine, two cruise booking engines (one for larger cruise lines and the other for boutique niche market cruise lines) and a tour booking engine which is a “Build Your Own” package builder.


REZconnect will not only provide all website booking engines, but will be the sole provider of all travel arrangement to YTB members.


In exchange for the 20 year exclusive Agreement to provide all website booking engines and travel arrangement for YTB, REZconnect has exchanged 1 million shares of common stock which is slightly less than10% interest in REZconnect Technologies, Inc. As part of the Agreement, REZconnect`s monthly hosting fees for each website booking engine will be fixed for each member who joins the organization.


“During the last six months, we have had tremendous growth due to the strong content provided by REZconnect and its unique booking engines, some of which have been created exclusively for YTB,” according to Kim Sorensen, Vice President of YourTravelBiz.com
, “We anticipate that in the next year the number of sites will quadruple, bringing the total number of travel sites over 12,000.”
