iHotelier & Virtual-Agent Services Join Forces


, a division of Webvertising Inc, has announced that they will be powering voice and GDS reservations for The Colony Beach & Tennis Resort in Longboat Key, Florida. Chicago-based, Virtual-Agent Services will be working with iHotelier to run the contact center operations.

The Colony has been using iHotelier`s Web reservation services for almost a year. Their decision to start using iHotelier for voice and GDS will allow them to have single image inventory management for all distribution needs.
