Travelworm.com and Mamma.com to Form a Strategic Alliance

Inc., a discount travel broker for casino resorts and leisure destinations announced
today it has entered into a strategic alliance with a top rated search engine,
Mamma.com

.
TravelWorm states that the agreement between the two companies is a
“critical step in the right direction” solidifying TravelWorm as the premier
casino resorts and leisure destination discount travel company.  Financial
terms and length of the agreement were not disclosed.  However, the agreement
gives TravelWorm exclusivity on destination, location, property and habitual
travel terms, phrases and words as well as booking engine integration for
each.

alliance between the two Interactive companies web sites, TravelWorm.com and
Mamma.com - each have announced a significant
partnership in providing niche destination travel for Mamma.com users.
