Sabre & TRAMS Deliver CRM Tool to Travel Agents

Sabre
Holdings Corporation (NYSE: TSG), the leading provider of technology, distribution and marketing services for the travel industry, and TRAMS, Inc., the leading accounting and customer relationship management (CRM) software solutions company, today announced a joint marketing agreement to offer TRAMS` ClientBase Plus, a CRM tool, to Sabre Connected travel agents in North America via the Sabre Magnify product suite.

ClientBase Plus is a desktop automation tool that gives front-line agents access to traveler profile information, including travel preferences and interests, contact information, credit cards and frequent traveler accounts. Agents can use this information to generate custom reports, analyses or proactive targeted email marketing campaigns. The product also allows agents to import passenger information directly into a passenger name record (PNR) or Sabre(R) Cruises, a Web-based real-time cruise booking application.

“ClientBase Plus can transform an agency`s customer contact, preferences and reservation history into an easily accessible source of customer intelligence,” said Greg Webb, senior vice president of Product Marketing for Sabre. “The addition of this solution to our Sabre Magnify product suite reinforces our recently announced Empowering Agenda by providing additional opportunities for agents to better compete in today`s pay-for-performance environment.”

“This agreement represents a continuation of TRAMS` commitment to the agency marketplace,” said Lee Rosen, president of TRAMS, Inc. “ClientBase Plus provides robust relationship management capabilities to even the smallest agency and with this new marketing relationship, ClientBase Plus users will be able to benefit from the travel marketing expertise of Sabre.”

The agreement expands an existing marketing relationship between Sabre and TRAMS that designates the TRAMS Back Office software as Sabre`s preferred solution in the small agency market in the United States and Canada, and designates Sabre as an exclusive re-seller of TRAMS Back Office in the United Kingdom.
