FlyBE. Passenger Numbers Up

FlyBE., the UK`s third largest low fares airline, saw a 49.8% year on year
increase in passenger numbers for November, carrying 250,805 (i) passengers.
Load factor increased 9.7 percentage points to an average 71.6%.

FlyBE. has announced a 30% growth for 2004`s summer programme, which was
available to book online from December 01.  The airline saw unprecedented
demand with more than two million hits to www.flybe.com within the first few
hours of the expansion announcement.

The new routes are:
á From Southampton to La Rochelle, Limoges, Perpignan and Glasgow
á From Bristol to Bordeaux, Bergerac and Jersey
á From Exeter to Alicante, Malaga, Faro, Belfast, Edinburgh and Glasgow
á From Birmingham to Perpignan
á From Edinburgh to Belfast and Exeter
á From Glasgow to Belfast, Southampton and Exeter

This expansion will increase the number of seats offered by 1.4 million
seats, to just under 6 million.  With greatly increased utilisation of the
fleet, only one new aircraft is required to fly a programme with 19 new
routes.
