US Airways Holiday Shopping Fares

US Airways is offering fares as low as $98 roundtrip, for customers who
wish to experience the shopping, dining and excitement of New York City in
December.

Under this sale, tickets must be purchased by Dec. 5, 2003 for same-
weekend travel Dec. 6-7, 13-14, 20-21 or 27-28, 2003. Departing travel is
valid Saturday; with same-day Saturday or next-day Sunday return travel. A
maximum one-day stay is allowed, and all travel must be in and out of New
York LaGuardia Airport.

As an added benefit, US Airways has an agreement with Macy`s to offer
customers 15 percent off a day of shopping at their world-famous Herald
Square flagship store on 34th Street.

Hilton HHonors is adding the finishing touches with a special double miles
offer at six of their finest HHonors hotels—including The
Waldorf-Astoria and the Hilton New York—for stays between Dec. 1, 2003,
and Jan. 31, 2004.*

Fares are based on required roundtrip coach travel. Depending upon travel
needs, alternative routings may be available at the same fares, with part
of the service on regional aircraft operated by US Airways Express
carriers Air Midwest, Allegheny, Chautauqua, Colgan, Mesa, Piedmont, PSA,
Shuttle America or Trans States. Depending on the itinerary, some or all
flight segments may be operated by United Airlines.

Seats are limited and could be sold out on certain flights and at select
times. Tickets must be purchased within 24 hours of making the reservation
and no later than Dec. 5, 2003. Lower fares may be available in these
markets, and fares are not available in all New York City markets. Other
conditions may apply.
Fares do not include a $3 federal excise tax that will be imposed on each
flight segment of your itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff
and a landing. Fares do not include up to $18 in airport passenger
facility charges where applicable or the September 11th Security Fee of up
to $10 per itinerary.
After the initial reservation, cancellations or changes are permitted for
up to 24 hours; after 24 hours, tickets become non-refundable. If the
entire reservation is cancelled on or before the scheduled date of travel,
the ticket will retain value and can be used toward another nonrefundable
ticket. The new ticket is good for travel for up to one year after the
first travel date of the original ticket. Any changes to the original or
subsequent tickets will incur a minimum $100 fee. If the reservation is
not cancelled on or before the original travel date, the entire ticket
will have no further value. Tickets are non-transferable.
