The winner of the Mountains of North Carolina Sweepstakes will receive an
exclusive travel package for two, including round-trip air travel to

2. Prizes: One grand prize will be awarded, which includes round-trip
coach-airfare for two people on Delta or Delta Connection from an airport

N.C., together with three nights` accommodations at The Grove Park Inn
Resort and Spa (Sunday-Thursday night only; advance reservations
required); dinner for two at Horizons; breakfast for two in the Blue Ridge

Avis car rental (recipient must be 25 years or older); two tickets to
Biltmore Estate; two tickets to Chimney Rock Park; and passes to 15 other

3. Dates and Drawing: The promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2003
and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Jan. 17, 2004. All times are Eastern Time. To be
eligible for the drawing, entries based on mail-in requests must be
postmarked by Jan. 17, 2004, and received by Jan. 31, 2004. A random
drawing of eligible entries received will be held on or about Jan. 31,
2004, to determine the winner of the prizes. Odds of winning depend on
number of entries received. All entries become property of Delta and will
not be acknowledged or returned.

4. Conditions: Delta is not responsible for telephone failures of any kind
or entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, lost, late,
damaged, ineligible or postage due. In the event this sweepstakes is
compromised in any way beyond the control of Delta, Delta reserves the
right to withdraw prize and cancel promotion.

5. Notification: Winner will be notified by U.S. mail within 10 days of
drawing and will be required to complete and return an eligibility
affidavit/liability release, which must be signed by the winner and
returned to the designated address within 14 days of the notification
attempt or an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from
the pool of eligible entries. If any prize notification is returned as
undeliverable, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from pool of
eligible entries. No substitution of prizes permitted except by Delta, in
which case prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes are not
transferable or redeemable for cash. All taxes on prizes, including income
taxes and any incidental expenses associated with collection or use of the
