Delta Adds Atlanta Service

Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) announced today it will offer its customers an additional nonstop flight between Atlanta and Orange County’s John Wayne Airport, beginning Oct. 1, 2003. The new flight will be operated with two-class, 183-seat Boeing 757 aircraft.

“With 21 daily flights, Delta provides customers with more choices for nonstop travel between Atlanta and the Los Angeles region than any other carrier,” said Subodh Karnik, Delta’s senior vice president—Network and Revenue Management.Ê

With this additional flight, Delta will now offer five flights a day between Atlanta and Orange County, 14 daily flights between Atlanta and Los Angeles, and two daily flights between Atlanta and Ontario.
