America West and Mesa Enhance Codeshare

PHOENIX, July 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/—America West Airlines (NYSE: AWA) and Mesa Airlines announced today that they have enhanced their codeshare agreement for America West Express service that is operated by Air Midwest with 19-seat Beechcraft 1900D aircraft. Three Arizona cities, Prescott, Kingman and Lake Havasu City, now have one additional flight, for a total of three weekday flights in each city. In addition, Air Midwest has initiated America West Express service between Ontario, Calif., and Lake Havasu City.
