FlyBE. UK`s Third Largest Low Fares

FlyBE. is now the UK?s third largest low fares airline due to the massive
surge in the airline?s passenger numbers over the past six months.  FlyBE.
now carries 3.6 million passengers annually on its network, which embraces
17 regional and 20 international destinations.

These figures clearly place FlyBE. ahead of smaller rival BMI baby, which
carries approximately 2.4 million passengers a year. FlyBE. is positioned
third behind the original low cost airlines; Ryanair and easyJet, carrying
15.7 million and 11.4 million passengers respectively each year.

FlyBE.?s rapid growth is a direct result of the airline?s repositioning as a
low cost carrier for the regions, as well as the launch of FlyBE.?s new
regional hub at Southampton.  The airline announced the development of the
central southern airport as a major hub in its network at the end of last
year and more than 70,000 reservations were made within the first month. The
airline?s website www.flybe.com has also seen a massive surge in Internet
bookings with 75% of reservations now being made online.

?FlyBE. is dedicated to bringing low fares to the regions.  Ryanair and
easyJet are London- based carriers, FlyBE. offers an alternative to this as
it brings low cost travel to passengers? doorsteps,? said Mike Rutter,
FlyBE.?s Marketing & Sales Director.  ?At FlyBE. we will shortly be
underlining our position as the UK?s third largest low fares airline when we
announce our exciting plans for another regional base and for our exciting
Ski based winter programme.

FlyBE. has principal operating bases at Southampton, Birmingham, Belfast
City and the Channel Islands.  Passengers can book online at www.flybe.com,
by calling reservations on 08705 676 676 or by visiting travel agents.
