Air Canada issues the following clarification
relating to certain statements in reference to Aeroplan participation
contained in a Canada 3000 announcement issued April 11:

Air Canada does not have an agreement with Canada 3000 and Aeroplan
participation will not be extended to the newly-integrated Canada 3000.
