Eye At Night

British Airways London Eye - the world’s biggest observation wheel - is set to open to the public at night from April 1.


Passengers will be able to watch London light up from the 32 fully-enclosed air-conditioned glass capsules until 10pm from the capital’s highest public vantage spot.


The giant 430ft high attraction offering half hour ‘flights’ has been open to the public since February 1 from 10am - 6pm. It moves to summer time opening from 9am - 10pm on
April 1 with the last ‘flight’ at 9.30pm.


Martin George, British Airways Director of Marketing said: “London is a fairytale city at night that has a magical quality. Londoners and visitors to the tourism capital of the world will love it.”


Tickets are priced at £7.45 for adults, £4.95 for children under 16, £5.95 for senior citizens and under five’s go free.
