Do you want to feel that you’ve arrived and always be guaranteed a table at the hottest restaurant in the world? Now you can when you buy the hottest ticket in town - a British Airways flight to Tokyo.
Passengers on British Airways double daily flights between Heathrow and Tokyo can now feast on Nobu’s innovative Japanese cooking at 35,000 ft.
In an exclusive link-up Nobu’s Executive Head Chef, Mark Edwards will be creating the award-winning restaurant’s dishes for British Airways’ First and Club World passengers.
The menu will mirror the style of cooking that Nobu is renowned for - simplicity, freshness and quality.
The new menus will feature dishes such as Balik Salmon Tartare with Wasabi Soy, Balsamic Teriyaki Beef, Chicken Anticucho with steamed Japanese rice and Chocolate Bento Box with Green Tea Ice Cream.
Not only will the new dishes reflect the restaurant style, so will the tableware. Slate canape plates, frosted blue glass dishes and sake sets will complete the Nobu experience.
Tony King, British Airways Head of Catering said:
