This program is available to Dividend Miles members through US Airways’ Web site at usairways.com/golf.

Enrollment in US Airways Golf is free. Members simply need to follow a few simple steps:

Log in to a valid Dividend Miles account via usairways.com / Select “Update Profile.” / Provide the preferred e-mail address / Select the “Yes” button next to “I want to join the US Airways Golf Program” and receive US Airways Golf news and offers via e-mail / Select submit.

Dividend Miles members should allow 7-10 business days for completion of the enrollment process. Enrollment verification will not be sent; however, members should start receiving
US Airways Golf news and offers via e-mail within 20 business days.
