AgentWare has introduced new features to support its growing list of Canadian travel agency customers.
Included in this functionality are three new Canadian air supplier web sites and support for displaying fares in either Canadian or US Dollars.

AgentWare has added 3 of the largest Canadian air suppliers to the 18 other vendor sites searched by the Travel Console. The addition of these suppliers provides Canadian travel agents, as well as U.S. agents working with clients traveling in Canada, fare options that are not currently available via traditional distribution channels.

Additionally, Travel Console provides support for the Canadian Dollar, allowing agents to quote prices in U.S. or Canadian currency, according to the needs of their customers. AgentWare`s Travel Console is a web fare search tool dedicated to enhancing the value provided by travel agents. Travel agencies can track and report on web bookings made via Travel Console through adapters to popular back-office systems. Customer profiles and itinerary records or “Super PNRs,” can be created and stored using Travel Console. This capability enables travel agents to track customer purchases, service transactions made with web-based vendors, and “close the loop” for transactions made outside of the traditional GDS distribution channel. Travel Console also makes consolidator fares available to travel agents.
