TRX, Inc has unveiled its newest automated service for corporate travel agencies. EnCoRRe Xpress and EnCoRRe Xpress Pro are streamlined versions of the company`s successful EnCoRRe service bureau, which processes transactions for four of the top six corporate travel agencies in the U.S.
The new service bureau offering delivers the savings of automated mid-office processing to agencies with corporate sales ranging from $10 million to $300 million. EnCoRRe Xpress and EnCoRRe Xpress Pro focus on itinerary improvement functions, performing automated tests on every travel reservation processed through the service bureau. Travel management companies deploying the new service can provide added value to their corporate clients through automated ticketing procedures that dramatically reduce post-booking costs, detailed pre-trip reporting, improved traveler notification via automated e-mail response and online access to itinerary and receipt information.
TRX expects to process 18 million corporate travel transactions through the EnCoRRe service bureau in 2002, an increase of nearly 100% over 2001 results.
