Lufthansa has updated its 12 Asia-Pacific InfoFlyway websites with a range of new features. The airline has refurbished its online booking facility with a fully automated booking process introduced on its websites in Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok.
The new service allows customers to make on-line bookings around the clock and joins established online services such as its ETIX and baggage tracing feature.
To mark the revamp of its Greater China InfoFlyway website, Lufthansa has launched a special promotion to run until January 31 2002. Customers will receive 5,000 bonus miles for booking a ticket in economy class, 10,000 bonus miles for business class and 15,000 bonus miles for first class. The airline is also providing PDA-downloadable interactive city guides of London, Frankfurt and Paris on its Asia-Pacific websites, with information including travel and leisure tips, entertainment, restaurants, hotels, transportation and airports.
