On Tuesday October 7, 2003, one day before the start of DEMA Show 2003, the largest trade show for professionals doing business in the dive, water sports and adventure travel industries, the Diving Equipment and Marketing Association (DEMA) will host the 7th Annual Dive Travel Conference as presented by the Dive Travel Resource Group (DTRG).
According to the National Travel Monitor survey by Yesawich, Pepperdine & Brown dive travel is one of the most important niche markets for sellers of travel. Add to that, that recently the Caribbean Travel Organization (CTO) recognized the “dive market” as one of the most important markets for the Caribbean, and this one-day conference is a must for diving retailers and travel industry professionals looking to reap the benefits of the lucrative dive travel market.
