the return of its semi-annual Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Sweepstakes,
an international contest offering U.S. travel agents cash rewards up to $1500.
Travel agents who are members of Unlimited Budget(SM), Budget`s travel agency
rewards program, can win cash prizes by booking qualifying car rentals now
through November 15, 2002 in the Latin America and Caribbean region (excluding
San Juan, Puerto Rico).

Budget is awarding first, second and third place prizes, with respective
monetary values of $1500, $750 and $375, to agents who book the greatest
number of reservations for the LAC region in the specified time.  Budget will
deposit the rewarded amounts for each winner on his/her Unlimited Budget debit
MasterCard(R) Card to purchase anything he/she chooses.
