France`s Abotel and Hostotel will implement eTravnet`s unique patent-pending reservations system, REZconnect, for their 500-plus hotels.
REZconnect`s net-to-phone-to-net process delivers web-generated reservations to the hotel`s telephone. The reservations agent follows voice prompt to press telephone key-pad numbers to accept the reservation. REZconnect will provide the hotels with reservation functionality from their websites.
eTravnet plans additional marketing plus from its “bricks” division, Travel Network, a franchised chain of travel agencies.
