Cadogan partners with Travelink

Cadogan Holidays has successfully enhanced their sales and management platform by upgrading their system to Travelink. The change, from one of the UK’s longest standing and upmarket tour operators, has been implemented to significantly improve the service it offers to travel agents.

The Travelink system will provide staff with a new, web-based, sales system enabling Cadogan Holidays to more effectively support its growing tailor-made program and enhance its eCommerce services. Online bookings, product queries and quotes are now even quicker for all single centre holidays, leaving Cadogan’s Luxury Travel Advisors free to provide any extra advice and assistance for other, more complicated requests.

 

Travelink’s management module will also support a range of administration, commercial, marketing and reporting functions, designed to further automate Cadogan’s operational processes.

To celebrate the implementation of a brand new upgraded operating system, Cadogan Holidays are launching a series of promotions for travel agents:

 

The Practice incentive - All agents who practice making quotes online will be given the chance to win a case of wine! All online quotes generated before 31 January will be entered into a draw to win a case of wine. The more practice you have, the more chances you have to win!

 

The Booking incentive - Cadogan Holidays is giving away a bottle of champagne every week for all online bookings made before 31 January. Every online booking confirmed will be entered into a weekly draw to win.

 

In addition, Cadogan Holidays are compiling an easy to navigate, downloadable user guide for the booking engine, to enable all Cadogan staff and travel agents to utilise the system with the best results.
