The Hotel at Naples Bay
Resort is nearly ready to open, presenting 65 elegantly-appointed, designer-furnished suites and 20
superior rooms. Located at Naples Bay Resort—managed by Benchmark
Hospitality International and member of Preferred Hotel Group—the
waterfront property is scheduled to open mid-February.

“In developing The Hotel, our goal—from the very beginning—was to
blend a destination resort experience with a personalized residential
lifestyle,” states Roy A. Young, managing director of Naples Bay Resort.
“From the sheer size of our suites to the variety of amenities and services
offered ranging from Personal Grocers to private chef dinners, our guests
will truly feel at home, or never wish to return home,” he adds.

  Located at the gateway to Old Naples on Fifth Avenue, known for its
bevy of high-end shopping and fine dining establishments, The Hotel is
reminiscent of an Italian village, overlooking the resort’s 97-slip marina.
Guests are greeted at its stylish porte-cochere entrance and
intimately-appointed two-story lobby showcasing a magnificent
Chihuly-inspired chandelier. Each suite, ranging in size from 900 to 1,700
sq. ft., offers gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, expansive
balconies, flat screen televisions, BOSE entertainment systems, wireless
internet service and custom-designed furnishings in rich hues and textures.

  The Hotel will feature Olio on Naples Bay, a signature restaurant and
bar offering indoor and al fresco dining with breathtaking views of the
marina and bay. Inspired by the passion of California’s wine country and
popularity of fresh Italian fare, Olio’s menu is brimming with lush flavors
and celebrates “foods of the sun” by showcasing regional heirloom
ingredients.

  The Hotel also features the Yacht Club, complete with Captain’s Lounge
and 97-slip marina; 3,300 square feet of flexible event space; and a retail
promenade, offering additional eateries including Bonefish Grill and
entertainment options. The Hotel guests can also enjoy The Club at Naples
Bay, home to a masterfully-designed resort pool complex with meandering
lazy river pool, lap pool, children’s pool, expansive sundeck with poolside
cabanas; Bluewater Bar & Grill, intimate, full-service spa; Cliff Drysdale
Tennis Center with six lighted Har-Tru courts; extensive fitness facilities
with Pilates studio and Technogym equipment; and Kidz Club. Transportation
is provided to the area’s stunning beaches and championship golf is
available at several nearby well-regarded courses.
