Alterian wins One&Only business

Alterian has announced that One&Only
Resorts has chosen its Operational Marketing software, Communicator, to
provide a web-based brand communications centre and improve the efficiency
of its marketing operation.Communicator has replaced time consuming manual processes and disparate
software systems, connecting all parties involved in One&Only’s global
marketing operation, including its central brand team and sales office in
North America, sales offices in the UK, France, Germany and Russia and
select tour operators worldwide.  One&Only examined alternative systems but
selected Alterian because of its integrated content and digital asset
management, ease-of-use for non-technical staff and industry-proven
capabilities.

Alterian will be demonstrating Communicator at this year’s ad:tech event at
London’s Olympia, 26-27 September, stand 268.

Part of the Alterian Marketing Services Platform, Communicator helps
One&Only create and distribute marketing content and optimise its marketing
operation by allowing easy central management of its brand.  The new system
supports a variety of marketing processes - for example, allowing local
resorts to work with their marketing agencies on campaigns, while still
allowing central approval, or allowing One&Only to promote marketing best
practice by sharing the most effective examples of campaigns and
collaterals.

New benefits available to One&Only include central management of all
digital media assets and automated email news update creation. Future
phases include extending the built-in content management tools to allow
local resort marketers to publish special offers, based on availability,
aimed at specific tour operators from the hundreds with which they work.
