Boutique Hotels & Resorts of British Columbia has announced the appointment of Ingrid Jarrett as General Manager of the
Okanagan’s new Cove Lakeside Resort.A veteran of luxury hotels, Jarrett brings over 20 years experience
working in various capacities in renowned hotels including The
Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, The Fairmont Palliser, The Fairmont Hotel
Macdonald and The Fairmont Empress. Prior to starting at The Cove
Lakeside Resort, Jarrett was the redevelopment and strategic planning
consultant for the Laurel Point Inn in Victoria.

The 150-room, full-service luxury Cove Lakeside Resort opened its
doors in September of last year. Tucked on the shores of Okanagan
Lake, The Cove is unlike any other hotel in the area with features
such as gourmet kitchens, soaking tubs, Great Room with Entertainment
Centre including a 42” plasma television and DVD player, fireplace
and floor to ceiling windows opening on to breathtaking views of
