David Camp, an American executive with
real estate sales experience in Texas, Hawaii and Florida, has been
named director of sales and marketing for The Residences at The
Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. The announcement was made by Michael Ryan,
the resort’s owner and developer.

“I am tremendously impressed with David Camp’s energy, enthusiasm and
successful track record,” Ryan said. “The Residences at The
Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman only attract the best of the best, from Greg
Norman to Nick Bollettieri to Eric Ripert. David brings the same level
of excellence to the project, sharing the team’s vision to be the best.
I am confident that he will be the catalyst to see that the future
elements of the Grand Cayman project will continue to place it second to
none.”

Prior to joining The Residences, Camp was vice president of sales for
Centex Destination Properties where he hired and trained sales forces in
a variety of regions, procuring nearly $1 billion in sales revenue for
numerous master-planned resort communities. Beginning his career with
The Ginn Company in 1999 in Palm Coast, Florida, David later became one
of the first new hires of the newly-created Centex Destination
Properties, a subsidiary of the Wall Street giant, The Centex

demand for resort communities, deployed Camp across the country to
spearhead the creation of new company divisions and resorts.

“Having the opportunity to work with a large organization and experience
different markets was only preparation for the fulfillment of a personal
and professional dream to be part of The Residences at The Ritz Carlton,
Grand Cayman, brought to life by Mr. Ryan,” comments Camp.

The father of three girls under the age of seven, Camp is in the process
of relocating to Grand Cayman with his family. His first priority will
be to focus on growing the sales organization by way of staff and
efficiency in an effort to gear up for the upcoming releases of new
ownership opportunities within the master planned resort.

“The property offerings have been so well-received that Mr. Ryan has
decided to press forward with his master plan development,” continues
Camp. “There has already been an overwhelming interest in the future
phases of The Residences, and I am anxious to get to Grand Cayman and
help Mr. Ryan and his team prepare for these next offerings.”
