Japan Airlines Corp and Qantas Airways Ltd subsidiary Jetstar Airways Ltd will start a code-sharing agreement on the Osaka-Brisbane-Sydney-Osaka route on flights operated by Jetstar.
Japan Airlines suspended its own flights on this route in March 2007, with this new agreement enabling the company to maintain its network between Osaka and Australia.

The code share agreement only covers economy class flights.
