JAL insists strike will not disrupt services

Unions representing some of Japan Airlines Group cockpit crew and other staff may
hold a one-day strike in Japan tomorrow but even if the strike goes ahead, the company insist that all flights will operate normally.This follows the decision not to strike taken by the 1,828 member JAL Cabin Crew
Union at 17:40 hrs March 19.

The three unions company unions still planning to strike are as follows: the
1,154-member JAL Cockpit Crew Union, the JAL Labour Union (111 members) and the JAL
(Japan) Domestic Labour Union (777 members).
