Embraer reshuffles sales staff

Embraer has announced important changes in its Airline Market management organization with James Bruce Peddle appointed Vice-President, Marketing and
Sales - USA, Canada and Caribbean, replacing Mark Hale.“The objective of these moves is to further enhance our capability to meet
an increasing global demand, achieving the satisfaction of our clients, who
are the source of our results,” stated Frederico Fleury Curado, Embraer’s
Executive Vice-President, Airline Market.

During the transition, and until 1st May 2007, Charles William (Bill)
Parks, Regional Sales Director, will be temporarily in charge of the
office.
  Mark Paul Hale has been appointed Managing Director and Chief Operating
Officer of Embraer Aircraft Maintenance Services (EAMS), in Nashville,
Tenn., an Embraer wholly-owned subsidiary providing maintenance, repair and
overhaul (MRO) services for both commercial and executive aircraft.
  Orlando Jose Ferreira Neto has been appointed Managing Director -
Embraer Asia and Pacific, replacing Bruce Peddle, effective April 2, 2007.
  Alexandre Adolf Glock has been promoted to Vice-President, Marketing ad
Sales - Latin America, replacing Orlando Ferreira, effective April 2, 2007.
  Antonio da Cunha Campello has been promoted to Vice-President,
Programs, effective April 23, 2007, taking over from Mauro Kern, who has
been recently appointed to succeed Frederico Fleury Curado as Executive
Vice-President - Airline Market, on the same date.
