China Southern starts Tibet service

China Southern Airlines is boosting to its flight network - including new daily service to Lhasa, Tibet.China Southern’s new daily flights from Guangzhou to Tibet (with a stopover in Shangri-La) will be through the current peak summer season. Here is the current daily schedule:

China Southern has recently launched an all-new Guangzhou-Manila service, adding another route to the Philippines from China’s mainland from the current Beijing to Manila route (via Xiamen). The new flight departs at 09 00 every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday from Guangzhou and arrives in Manila at 11.10; the return flight departs from Manila at 12.00 and arrives in Guangzhou at 14.20.

China Southern Airlines has expanded its Guangzhou-Los Angeles service to daily 777 operations, as well as daily service between Amsterdam and Guangzhou slated to begin in mid-August.

 

China Southern Airlines Xinjiang Branch has inaugurated service between Urumqi and Astana, the capital city of Kazakhstan. This is the second route for China Southern from Urumqi to the Republic of Kazakhstan as the airline currently operates service between Urumqi and Almaty.
