Quality Hotel in Paris wins award

The Quality Hotel Opera Saint Lazare brought home the International Hotel of the Year award from Choice Hotels International, Inc. The award was announced during the company’s annual convention last month in Nashville, Tennessee.

“As an International Hotel of the Year winner, the Quality Hotel Opera Saint Lazare is one of the ‘best of the best’ within the Choice system and is the best within the more than 395-strong international Quality brand,” said Bruce Haase, senior vice president, international. “The hotels selected as International Hotel of the Year winners represent the properties that best portray a positive image for the brand, are active participants within the system and are most committed to customer satisfaction.”

Choice Hotels annually presents the International Hotel of the Year Award to hotels that demonstrate lodging excellence. For the international awards, the best of each brand is selected by reviewing Quality Assurance Review scores, which cover a variety of categories including maintenance, cleanliness and branding. Winning hotels must have been a part of the Choice system for more than a year.

“To receive this award is truly an honor,” said general manager Anne Masicot-Mozaburu. “What sets our hotel apart from the rest is our emphasis on delivering a top-notch product and responding promptly to customer’s needs as well as a real involvement in the partnership with Choice Hotels Europe.”

The 86-room Quality Hotel Opera Saint Lazare, which opened in September 2002, is located in Paris, France, directly in the heart of a city world-renowned for its fabulous shopping. The hotel offers guests and visitors an ideal location to visit attractions like Palais Garnier Opera House, the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees.


The Quality Hotel Opera Saint Lazare offers a number of full-service features and amenities including free wireless Internet access, cocktail lounge and business center. All guestrooms include hairdryers, wake-up service, mini-bars and cable or satellite television.
