New line-up at Accor UK

Accor Hotels has announced four significant appointments for their UK operations. Alice Peters has been promoted to Director of Sales of the Novotel London
Euston. Alice began with Accor in May 2003, joining the company as a
successful Telemarketing Executive for UK Regional Sales. She has risen
through the ranks since, proving her worth and consequently being promoted
to her current position as Regional Sales Manager in London in March 2004.
Among other important duties as London’s Regional Sales Manager, Alice was
directly responsible for corporate sales for the Novotel London City South
and Mercure London City Bankside. In addition, she expertly managed accounts
with UK and International corporate requirements. After a hugely successful
year in which Novotel won the prestigious Hotel Group of the Year 2005 -
2006, as well as introducing ‘New Generation’ features to hotels, we are
confident that Alice will help the brand grow from strength to strength.

Annette Gallagher joins the Accor UK Sales team as Leisure Sales Manager.
Having worked at Thistle and Mount Charlotte Hotels since 1990, Annette has
a wealth of experience in the hotel industry. She moves from her position as
Call Centre Manager to take up this new exciting challenge.

Nataly Upton has been taken on as the new Regional Sales Manager for the
South East from 22nd May 2006, having been an Account Manager at Millennium
and Copthorne Hotels covering Reading and Slough. In her new position,
Nataly will be retaining her roots with Reading whilst taking on an even
greater portfolio, which includes Novotels Reading, Heathrow and
Southampton.
