Rocco Forte’s The St David’s Hotel & Spa on Cardiff Bay is promoting Michelle Wilmott to Spa Manager.
Michelle first joined The St David’s Marine Spa as assistant spa manager in April 2004. Previously, Michelle worked as an account manager for Elemis in the UK after gaining valuable international experience in Nassau, Bahamas where she helped set up a five-star spa in the Atlantis hotel, Paradise Island and in Hong Kong, where she managed the Elemis Day spa In the Cathay Pacific 1st Class lounge in the airport.

She has helped to develop the spa into an internationally-recognised facility. Last year, The St David’s Marine Spa introduced a totally new concept using marine-based Thalgo products and thalassotherapy-style treatments. The spa offers a total hydrotherapy experience, unique to the UK, with salt water pools, underwater jet beds and massaging swan neck showers. Residential spa packages are available for the ultimate in indulgence, detox or weight loss.
The St David’s Hotel & Spa has 132 rooms, including 20 suites, all with private balconies and views of Cardiff Bay.
