International Business Centre and Hotel Business Development Company have signed agreements with Hilton International to operate a 5-star luxury hotel in the capital of Ukraine, Kiev.

e President of Central Eastern Europe & Turkey, Hilton International CO., in a press conference held in Kiev.

The $US 70 million project is scheduled to be completed in mid-2009 and Hilton International CO. will operate the Hilton Kiev on behalf of its owners for a period of 20 years.

The Hilton Kiev hotel will be located on Taras Shevchenko Boulevard 28-30, a prime location in Kiev only a few blocks from the Opera House and the Golden Gate, with direct views of the Botanical Gardens. The hotel is also in close proximity to government offices, ministries and embassies, making it a popular destination for business guests.

The Hilton Kiev will become the landmark hotel of the city with its dramatic architectural forms, designed by John Seifert Architects of London and Andriy Pashenko of Kiev.
The luxury hotel complex will include superior hotel rooms and suites, and a range of entertainment, health, business and meeting facilities.
