Omni
has purchased two properties in San Antonio, the landmark La Mansion del Rio Hotel and the award-winning Watermark Hotel & Spa.The transaction is expected to close on
March 16.

  The decision to purchase the two popular San Antonio hotels stems from
Omni’s aggressive approach to expansion.  The company’s development mission is
to build or acquire properties in top business and leisure destinations.
