This function aims to help the consumers to circumvent computerised answering systems and gain faster access to a real person over the telephone. Cheapflights.co.uk users can now ‘click’ the relevant tab on its “Travel Tips” sections to access telephone “Cheat Sheet” lists for twenty airlines, tour operators and hotel groups.
Cheapflights pioneered independent online travel price comparison and travel deals publishing in 1996.
