New airline cuts prices pre-launch

MAXjet Airways, the new ‘all business class’ airline scheduled to begin service from New York to London on November 1, 2005, has announced that its one-way fares now start at $679 plus taxes and fees.
“We lowered our fares even more because we think there is so much of an untapped market we’re dealing with here,” said Gary Rogliano, CEO. “Business class travel should be affordable, and MAXjet’s fares will ensure that a substantially greater amount of people can now travel comfortably without paying a fortune.”

The MAXjet mission is to bring greater value to the intercontinental market by connecting key business cities with a high-quality, low-fare business class product.
