Delta Kicks Latin America Up a Notch

Delta Air Lines is
offering customers in Atlanta and around the world more opportunities to take
in the lush natural beauty of the Central American tropics or even venture
south of the equator. This fall, Delta is adding flights and seats to four of
its popular destinations in Central and South America.In October, Delta will add seasonal Saturday-only flights between Atlanta
and Lima, Peru, complementing its existing daily service in the market. And in
November and December Delta will:
    - Increase service between Atlanta and Belize City, Belize, from
Saturday-only to daily with Boeing 737-800 aircraft;
    - Add to its daily service a seasonal three-times-per-week flight between
Atlanta and Santiago, Chile, using Boeing 767-300 aircraft; and,
    - Upgrade flights between Atlanta and Liberia, Costa Rica, from daily
Boeing 737-800 service to daily Boeing 757 service.

  “Our highly regarded Delta style of service continues to fuel demand
between Atlanta and these beautiful Central and South American countries,”
said James Sarvis, director-Latin America and Caribbean Region. “We are very
pleased to offer more flights and seats to our valued leisure and business
passengers.”
  Delta offers convenient non-stop service to 13 destinations in Central and
South America from its largest hub at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International
Airport, now the busiest airport in the world.
