Alamo Introduces e-Voucher Programme

Alamo Rent A Car is introducing a new e-voucher programme specifically for Contracted Accounts booking USA and Canada rentals for their customers. Customers will no longer need to present a rental voucher at time of pick up as all the necessary information will be held on Alamo’s computer system. This is part of Alamo’s commitment to providing a high quality, easy and convenient booking process to help improve the service to their customers.


The new e-voucher system means that customers no longer need to carry rental vouchers or worry if it has been lost or stolen. Customers are simply provided with an itinerary detailing the reservation confirmation number, along with the rental details.


All the booking information is transferred directly to the invoice sent to the account, helping enhance service delivery and improve billing accuracy.

Reservations for e-vouchers can be made through any booking channel - GDS, and fax or phone.
