Amadeus today announced a with holiday autos. According
to the agreement, holiday autos will be Amadeus’ preferred broker for
leisure car rental. Amadeus is the only GDS to sign a global agreement
with holiday autos.Amadeus wanted holiday autos to be its preferred broker because of the
company’s strength in the growing leisure market for car rental. Through the
agreement the two companies will establish an exclusive, joint marketing
agreement to promote the distribution of holiday autos through Amadeus Cars.

“This deal is testament to Amadeus’ commitment to continuously improving the
content we deliver to travel agents,” said Albert Pozo, Managing Director,
Travel Services & Leisure, who is responsible for Amadeus’ non-air business,
“and confirms Amadeus’ leadership of the growing leisure sector.”

holiday autos Managing Director in Germany Michael Buller, who headed the
deal, said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Amadeus -
their global reach will give us a wider distribution channel in new key
markets and the agreement will deliver valuable cost-savings across the
business by generating more automated bookings.”

Amadeus Complete Access Plus gives travel agents direct, seamless access to
real-time information, enabling agents to provide more detailed information
to their clients about their car rental reservation.
